Hand Built Clubs

All our custom clubs are hand built in the USA by master club builders. That does mean we need at least 5 working days to properly build, cure and inspect your clubs before shipping.

Delivery Time

Once your clubs are built, they'll be on the next flight to the UK, with a quick layover at our warehouse. Expect delivery within around 5 working days from dispatch.

We know sometimes things aren't exactly as you expect, and you'll have to return an item.

We accept returns within 30 days of you receiving the item. The item must be new and unused

If there is something we've done wrong (i.e. wrong item, a fault with the product), then we cover the cost entirely.

If it is simply because you don't like it or ordered the wrong item (i.e. you ordered right handed instead of left handed), then we split the cost - we cover the cost of the postage to you initially, and you cover the postage back to us.

Returns can be initiated from your order history page if you created an account; if not, you can simply reply to your confirmation email as that will ensure we have all the information we need.

We cannot accept returns on any custom fit or custom built items.

Once an item is back, allow us 2 working days to inspect and process it. Refunds can take up to 5 days to appear back on your card/account.
